If determined you’re a good candidate during your call, you will then fill out a symptom survey and wait for further approval.
If your symptom survey is approved, lab work (blood testing) is required before receiving treatment.
A final call with our CNS, RN takes place to review lab results, discuss your treatment plan, schedule your first injection, and review the payment process.
