The Process

Before beginning your official wellness journey with us, we require all new clients to schedule a Discovery Call Appointment
This is an introductory consultation to determine if Trilogy is a good fit for your health concerns. Share your symptoms and wellness goals with our health expert, and decide what plan is best for you.

Following your Discovery Call Appointment, you will join the TSC Wellness Program and start your journey to your healthiest self.
Our TSC Wellness Program offers two main wellness package options (found below).
Depending on your assessed needs and selected TSC Wellness Program Package, the Assessment step will be one of two options:
Comprehensive Wellness Panel (Lab Testing)
Detailed Symptom Survey (No Lab Testing)

After a comprehensive review of your assessment, an Evaluation Appointment is scheduled. This 60-minute conversation is a deep dive into your assessment results. A health plan is put in place, which typically consists of dietary alterations, supplementation protocols, lifestyle modifications, and more.

Consistent hands-on support is provided throughout your wellness journey.
